Weapon balancing

So to start week 1 was good but needed some adjustments as weapons mainly the SMG and shotgun 

So week 2 everyone is excited but Rush is a big failure and some how you made weapons Worse

Can you please give any insight on this as shotguns seem to be better at one shot kills at 70m and miss at point blank makes no sense 

And the TTK for the SMG is still off i mean One shot off
