2.50x and 1.50x Zoom Aim Sensitivity do not work properly

Uniform Infantry Aiming seemed very inconsistent and I wanted to have 1:1 aim and zoom sensitivity, so I turned it off. While changing the Zoom Aim Sensitivity for the 2.50x scope on the M433, I realized it just didn't react to the 2.50x setting at all and only relied on the Infantry Zoom Aim Sensitivity. 

As for the 1.50x setting, it worked for the 1.50x scope, but it also controlled the iron sight sensitivity instead of using the 1.00x setting.

Didn't test on other weapons because I haven't unlocked every scope, but they probably all need to be redone.
