Blurred scope. 1-st attach. After I respawned, I discovered that the crosshair had become very blurry and I couldn't see anything through it, including enemies. After I died, everything returned...

Encountered a few as well
1. Can't unmount a ground based weapon with E on PC. Player stays mounted
2. After a couple of matches you can't turn of the search for new match, have to quit game.
