Activating class skill throws grenade

Whenever I’m ready to do a uav or other class abilities on Xbox x the button command combo to use the ability is by clicking the grenade button and ping button at once but clicking together to activate always throws a grenade. Is there a fix coming that when both are triggered close together that it won’t throw a grenade?
