"Authentication Failed" Error – Can’t Access Battlefield 6

Hello guys. I have the same issue and I have just gotten out of a support chat. It seems like this error means that EA has taken action against your account, which means you are currently banned. I requested for another review of my account and they said they will get back to me with any updates. I recommend anyone reading this to open a ticket with an image on the EA support site. if you have enough patience i suggest you also request a chat under under the "contact us" button, although there will be significant wait times (almost 3 hours for me).
