Good morning everyone, I am going to continue documenting my battle with the support system and leaving updates here in this thread. Please keep liking helpful replies and I ask that you ignore anyone who is being unsupportive and simply assuming things.
I am making a list of questions to ask in the event I do get a hold of someone and not just an automated response. Please leave your suggestions as a reply to this comment or elsewhere in this thread.
So far my questions are:
- For those who have been effected by a false positive ban, will our ability to play and participate in the full game be compromised? Will we have to contest the false ban in order to play the full release?
- Will we still be compensated for the beta skins? Seeing as this is an EA error and not our fault.
- Which programs are most likely to cause false positive detections by the kernel level anti-cheat?
- Can people who have been falsely banned be notified of what event triggered their ban?
Currently I have made an entirely new EA account and steam account. I have only played the game by itself, sometimes tabbing out to open up my web browser (Brave Browser). There has yet to be any actions taken on this account as of the time I am writing this post:

I am taking it upon myself to tweet at nearly every official EA battlefield post to try and get some answers as well. I do not think it will amount to much but I will not stop until this issue is resolved for all of us and we get answers!
