Authentication Failed Error Code: 1:86001S:51009S:2397336630:65537Q

After playing Battlefield Open Beta for the first 2 days without any issues, I can no longer log into my EA account. Every time I try, I get the following message:

Authentication Failed
Error Code: 1:86001S:51009S:2397336630:65537Q

Here’s what I have tried with no success:

Installed and reinstalled the game multiple times

Switched between Steam and EA App (fully uninstalled and reinstalled EA App)

Cleared EA App cache and restarted the launcher

Restarted router and checked internet stability

Verified account links between Steam and EA App

Followed all steps in EA Help’s troubleshooting guide

My internet connection is fine and I can log into other games. If I create a brand new EA account, the game works perfectly. This clearly points to an account-specific issue (possible restriction or ban?), but I have received no email or notification about it.

This issue has been going on for 3 days and I am completely locked out of my main account.
Please investigate

    CONNECTION FAILED
    Unable to connection EA servers.

    ERROR CODE 1:86001S:51001s:201232364140:65541q

    So many of us have been trying to solve this and it still here.
    I have had this issue since the Beta Early Access.

     

    • I've let BF6event and the anti cheats through fire wall.
    • Gave the apps controlled folder access.
    • Changed my DNS server to Google's.
    • Disabled AMD Adrenalin + Overlay.
    • Turned off every non-essential background task. Including META VR Services just in case.
    • Made sure only essential hardware is plugged in
    • Launched it via steam and EA APP. Both separately and when installed at the same time.
    • Verified secure-boot settings.
    • Made sure I didn't have random programs on my computer that may affect the game that were mentioned in this old thread:

    you got banned, download your data, i am in the same boat, the anti cheat is going off on legit players too, so much for a "kernal" anti cheat that doesn't work lmao, other threads are having same issue, makes no sense to have a anti cheat like this when cheaters are still gonna be a thing anyways, i did all my challenges but my last one which was secure 15 sectors, i was 13 of 15, i got off bc i was tired and now i cannot play.
