I managed to fix mine by doing some stuffs, hopefully it stays fixed.
making the game Borderless windowed,
reinstalling ea-anticheat,
setting all game & anti cheat exe files as run as admin,
Made exeption for game exe in exploit protection windows defender settings, all boxes ticked with off selected, step 3 from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpglNGochjw
Cleared all shader cache
Iv'e been able to play 2 matches without issues.
