BF6 Beta Crash Causing Xbox Series to Shut Down

I was able to obtain the early access via twitch and played on my xbox series X  but either mid conquest breakthrough all games mode it crashes and turns off my xbox series X completely I then did some research and seen people suggest online it may be the thermal paste in the Xbox so I had it replaced and the fans cleaned repairman told me it’s rare for Xbox thermal paste to need replacing but after he inspected the unit he said my Xbox would need thermal paste replacing due to cracking/crusting so I thought it was would fix my issue but today I tried playing conquest and my Xbox still hard crashed I attempted other games like rivals fortnight for several hours and no crash even played battlefield  2042 and no crash so this issue is definitely a EA Battlefield 6 issue please fix I did not get to enjoy the beta or get the rewards of the game like the skins or weapons super bummed out but I’m happy I was able to share this so now my Xbox got new thermal paste and ready for October release hopefully this issue will be resolved by the.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing the beta...WHEN I was actually able to play it. 

The beta ran fine during early access, but starting on the 9th after early access ended, the game would crash my Series X so hard that it would shut it off completely. Sometimes this would happen after a few hours, sometimes after a few mins. This happened multiple times.

I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. Please acknowledge this and fix!

It's been awful. Seems to happen mostly on breakthrough and conquest. It either crashes to the dash or my whole Xbox turns off. Reading elsewhere that it's an EA issue as a whole and not just this game specifically. I want to buy it but if I can't play the game then there's no point. 

I saw one person mention a fix of turning off game captures in the Xbox settings. I only had time to get one game of conquest after trying that change and I was able to play the full game. I guess next weekend I'll see if that actually did anything.

If your system is shutting off try, make more space on the internal hard drive. In my experience specially with EA game my console would shut off if there is not enough space on the external hard drive. I got about 100gb free and haven't had a shut off while playing the beta. just randomly dashboards every now and again.

Yes I sent several notifications via Xbox insider in relation with this problem. BF6 Open Beta game causes Xbox series X to shutdown.

Microsoft should help EA to solve this problem ASAP

Same thing here. Series X completely shut down on every attempt to play. Tried everything to figure it out, eventually gave up. 

I'm not sure if that's what caused the problem but yesterday I noticed that the game froze and the console shut down exactly when I got a flashbang in the face. 

It might be connected since other users said the same when someone shot them with a grenade launcher

I've really enjoyed the game from what i've been able to play, but the constant shutting down of my xbox got the better of me in the end and i gave up playing. Would love to pre order but there's no chance of that in it's current state and as yet no acknowlegement from EA on the issue.

Yeah my Xbox Series X has been completely shutting down. I could play domination fine. It seemed to happen on conquest and breakthrough the most. From reading around Reddit it seems to be an issue with EA games specifically.
