BF6 Beta Crash Causing Xbox Series to Shut Down

Maybe the patch released before second round of beta will help you guys! 👍

Same issue here. Xbox series X, 

it crashed to the dashboard, sometimes it caused the system to power-off completely.  I never made it through 2 games.  I lowered all settings to- 1080, and disabled everything and went to 60fps.  Still same issue. 

I'll add to the statistics and say I'm on a launch Series X and played 121 matches according to my Beta stats and didn't have a single crash. My buddy was dealing with these crashes and I think he bought his console a year or so ago. 

everygame shuts down my xbox after a few mins. fan works and xbox isnt hot 

So the changes i made looked promising but as soon as i changed to Conquest it crashed again. The fact this hasnt even been acknowledged yet doesnt fill me with hope that they will have a fix. Mine updated today but im presuming it was just the new maps / modes. Im guessing there are no bug fixes in that update and unless its something they can fix back end, again the fact they havent even aknowledged this exists on the known issues post is worrying. 

I can imagine a big amount of refunds from Series X players if they dont. 

No its not overheating and its out in the open. Its the only game I have that does this. Be kinda weird if alot of other people's xs would be overheating at the same time playing the same beta lol

It runs AWESOME on a PS5.  I had crashing issues on one of the first PS5 I owned.  It was because I overheated the GPU , bad positioning in entertainment center.  Sent that one in to get repaired , moved the console out of that bad airflow spot after getting repaired , not one issue since.  Sounds like a damaged GPU issue here from overheating ,  especially on games that are demanding.

Considering they haven't even acknowledged anyone I doubt it. Doesn't seem like they care.

Yeah I just read the conversation. You are the first person to get acknowledged by a dev on this issue. I have a feeling this is such a complex issue they are trying to stay away from it. The Series X has had this problem before and apparently other dev teams gave up
