EA_Leeuw I tried using Steam and EA, but in both cases it doesn't work. And yeah, it's the same issue.
To be clear, sometimes nothing happens, sometimes I get black window with "please launch the game from your distribution platform" message. - Fluxcapacitor8418 days agoSeasoned Traveler
I'm still having this issue. Game crashes on Splash screen every time. I have tried everything. Secure Boot enabled, TPM 2.0, HVCI, VBS, all enabled. Secure boot confirmed through PowerShell. I tried the "Exploit Protections Settings" that someone recommended. I tried creating a new Admin user in Windows. I went combed through all my background tasks and closed out any culprits. I verified various settings through the Registry. Installed the game on both EA and Steam app, on different drives (my game drive and OS drive). Verified integrity of files. Reinstalled the EA and Steam app. Ran the apps as Administrator. Updated NVIDIA drivers. Rolled back drivers, tried different versions, ....etc etc.
You name it I've done it except for a fresh install of Windows. But if I have to go that far you lost a customer. I have never in my life had such issues trying to launch a game. And I am fairly technically competent when it comes to PC's.

For me, creating a new local admin worked.
However, it’s only a workaround, and I’m not quite sure why it works. I checked all user-related data and deleted it for my main User, but I still couldn’t get it to work there. - iNo1R18 days agoSeasoned Newcomer
I had the same problem. I closed all unnecessary (msi ab, riva tuner, steelseries soft, anydesk etc) programs and the game started to run.

I couldn't get the game to stop crashing on the splash screen, no matter what fix I tried, until I closed Punkbuster (the anticheat for BF4) through the Windows Task Manager. Then, it launched, no problem. If anyone else is having trouble launching the game, maybe try this out.

alright this worked for me.
You need to disable Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) globally or add an exception for bf6event.exe:
- Disable globally (requires PC restart):
– Open Windows Security → App & browser control → Exploit protection settings – Under System settings, turn Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) Off
Restart your PC
- Add an exception (no reboot needed):
– In Exploit protection settings, go to Program settings → Add program to customize → Choose exact file path – Select bf6event.exe and set Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) Off
Launch the game again.
