BF6 open beta asks for Admin privileges(code 95)

symptom: BF6 open beta does not run and says dont have admin privileges even i granted those privileges manually. EA app even asked me. Happens both on steam and EA app.

is there any other path that BF6 need which could potentially leads to this problem?
