EA Account will not work - new one does

So last weekend I had to create a new EA account to play the beta. My account that I have used for battlefield games for close to 20 years now doesnt work for some reason. I would load in, pushed into the queue and right when it was my time to join the servers it would give me an unknown error and spit me back into the queue. I even had an early access key. 

I'm on PC-Steam / PC-EA 

So I tried EVERYTHING. I uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, checked ports, firewall, installed on another drive. My account is linked correctly, I reset my password, enabled and disabled 2FA, I tried everything. I gave up on steam, tried the EA app, same issue. around and around and around I went trying everything. Same unknown error every time. 

So I finally said screw it, and just made a new EA account because I could not find an issue, the issue felt like an authorization issue because of when it was occurring. So I uninstalled all versions of the game, Made the new EA account, logged in on EA app, downloaded and installed and it worked the first try, and continued to work all weekend long. 

But EA decided to have no customer service at all during the launch of one of their biggest titles in the last decade. I need someone on the EA team to get on a call or chat with me and check my account from their side. I've exhausted all my options on my side. The issue is very obviously the account itself. I dont know what else to try.
