I'm getting the same issue, I'm running a 5070ti with an intel I7 and I'm getting a lot of crashes. I've turned the graphics settings down and attempted all of the same things you've done and I still have a 80% chance of crashing.

Which is a shame really because I've been enjoying the game when I have been able to play it.
