BF6 Open Beta: Game Crashes PC After a Few Minutes - High GPU Usage

I have found a solution! I had to run it in full-screen and disable both the EA App Overlay and the Steam Overlay. Also disable the Discord Overlay to be safe.

So far I've been able to spend more than an hour playing the beta without any crashes!

Same thing and I have 128gb or ram with my 6700XT..BF2042 never one problem...This Beta 4 days of playing only lvl 18.  been crashing on waitng for  the queue..Been playing BF since Vietnam...This game feels more like COD than battlefield...squads are useless maps are to small,  enemy magically sees through smoke, way too much smoke in a condensed area, Vehicles are useless, cant possible cover all the camping areas, This should be call BF6 campers edition.  Snipers need to be nerfed, smoke is way out of control, Vehicles need to be strengthened, the go carts with machines are useless in these small maps and explode when the wind blows...I am  lvl 999 on 2042...cant even see  myself purchasing this, 2042 Beta was much more enjoyable...Hell every beta was beta than this.  As someone who has a crew of BFers that have played together for 20years none of us are considering this at this point.  Better off moving to ARMA or Pub G.....Totally disgusted with this.

AMD GPU adn the same thing pc restarts barley get through one map...I think it may be server related with these memory leaks every once in a while I get a server that I can play 3 games on with no crash.  I have tried every fix everyone has mentioned and nothing works.  I am going to try shutting down Adrenaline software see if that helps.  It is almost unplayable at this point.  after 4 days of playing I have only made it to 18...Thats pathetic...they dont fix this I am not buying...Not liking the maps this is not Battlefield they are trying to COD the maps and make this a die and spawn game...Snipers need to be nerfed, Smoke somehow snipers are seeing through it and every class, This doesnt feel like BF2 nevermind 3 or 4....This feels like a COD map system.  Conquest maps are Breakthrough maps ...Not liking this.  I am LV 999 in 2042...Cant see myself playing this game like that...

@okina Yes! This is what i discovered was my ram speed was set too high and fixed the issue

I have the same issue also had the same issue on BF2042, sometimes the game crashes, sometimes it crashes my pc like everything goes black and audio is just static, and sometimes it triggers bluescreen.

 running on RX6700 XT, Ryzen 2600X, AORUS X470, 16GB RAM the ram sticks arent same , multiple disks with OS but BF6 is installed on HDD, latest bios and drivers,

i remember i could partially fix the issue when playing BF2042 when downgrading my amd gpu drivers

i7 13700, 3060ti

crashes randomly, monitor goes stand by mode,only hard reset helps

I fixxed mine by doing 1 of these 3 things. Plays great now.
1. BIOS Update
2. Disabled "Screen Space AO & GI" in Graphic settings
3. Ran a verify game in Steam, found 3 corrupt files

I had the same issue and tried a few of the in-game setting changes people have suggested to no avail.  I did have an outstanding BIOS update with another patch related to the issue with 13th/14th Intel procs (microcode issue causing over-voltage). I have a 13900k, ASUS z790e Mobo.  I have not crashed since applying the update so that did the trick for me. YMMV, best of luck.

1080TI here, I have the same problem. Yesterday i played 10 hours without any crashes. Today i started crashing ingame, and now i cant even launch the game, without the same crash happening...
