Black Screen Bug (PC)

I load into the main menu, select mode I want to play. Then it starts matchmaking , looks like it found one, camera pans up and the soldier stands up. Then it's infinite black screen. When I have a friend in my lobby he says "you're disconnected". This happened also in previous week in some maps/mods not sure exactly which one but today I can't go beyond that black screen at all. I still can hear the sounds and incident keeps happening on both app that I start the game from (Steam & EA)
