Blue halfscreen

When I start the game up it appears the image gets condensed to the top half of my TV screen. I'm on xbox series x and my hdmi does run through the logitech a50x. I've checked all the wires and nothing is wrong there. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help but no luck. Other games work fine. I can hear the music as well so I know the game is launching to the menu. Previous beta worked fine as well. The image also lasts until after the xbox has fully restarted and is send input to the TV again.
