Broken vert grip visuals/cancel matchmaking/locked female voicelines

As title says the vertical grips on the guns are clipping through the hands of the models as it seems like the hands are not modeled yet to hold them. Makes them look like they are holding the gun while doing the "Live ling and prosper" hand sign from Spok in Star Trek or the grip is just impaled through there hand lol. 

Also I quickly realized there was no longer a cancel matchmaking button to press after a match ends so that definitely needs to be added back in from 2042 because backing out to lobby is inconsistent depending on the game mode you are playing. If you are playing one of the Conquest playlists, if you go back to the main menu after a match you still remain in matchmaking and quickly need to go back to the lobby to cancel the matchmaking if you wanted to edit loadouts and such. But if you are playing Breakthrough or King of the Hill and you leave at the end of a match it does take you completely out of matchmaking so it is inconsistent. 

Last issue I dont know why but all my Soldiers are set to female voice lines for some reason? As a guy I would like my units I use to also be guys in this type of game, so can we get a toggle to choose between what sex of soldier we want to use on the loadout screen when picking a class? I have 0 issue with female soldiers and having the option to play them but we should be able to choose which sex to play like we did in Battlefield V.
