(BUG) Cursor unlocks when holding ping button while downed

When you're downed, you can ping enemies, which is great! However, if you decide to hold down the ping button, it unlocks your cursor as if you were using the ping/action menu, even though the menu does not appear and prevents you from moving your camera until you release the ping button. Pretty sure this issue is PC only.
