Bug Report: Never Ending Bleed Out

Encountered a bug that occurred when spawning in on a vehicle as it was exploding. The vehicle was an IFV. As soon as I spawned it immediately blew up and left me with a bleeding out noise (prolonged beep) for approximately 2 minutes. During this time unable to respawn but could see/edit load outside. Eventually a player was able to revive me despite prolonged bleeding out time.
