C4 glitch - 4 deployed, only 3 detonated

Seconded! glad you have a video. Hope they fix this!
The charges do detonate sequentially, so it appears this effect is interfering with the detonation of all of them.
Unclear to me if this is intended. It screws over suicide bombing so maybe it is. I think it's more of an unintentional consequence of an effect added for "BANG-BANG-BANG-BANG!" coolness factor, though.
