Camera Gone Wild: Infantry Stuck in Third-Person

Camera gets locked on to a place while the soldier go's free. Most likely due to "dying" but then not dying. Took quite a lot of damage and probably died but got stuck in purgatory instead of dying...

During a match my camera seemed to become disjointed from my character, I could see myself in third person from a fixed point and moving my mouse and keys around still controlled my character's position, aiming, firing, everything, but I was stuck at that fixed viewpoint until I forced a respawn.
