I'm having an issue where turning the camera with my mouse causes judder, and it looks like the game is running at a lower framerate. I tried plugging in a controller and it was completely smooth on camera rotation, so it seems like there's an issue with mouse input.
Same here. I’ve tried adjusting the graphics settings, raw input, fullscreen mode, and even switched the mouse. It only works fine with a controller.
try unplugging any extra input devices you have plugged in, maybe usb devices in general. that fixed it for me, exact same symptoms

rip. yeah, sounds like the same thing. could try checking windows event viewer for any weird input events i guess
No luck in event viewer. The judder is SUPER noticeable when I lock my FPS to 120 in-game if anyone wants to see if they can reproduce the issue.
I tried experimenting with different polling rates for my mouse, I can select 125, 250, 500 and 1000. Every setting below 1000 exacerbated the issue further, with 125hz being a stuttery mess.

Yes, this is the issue. Thank you for recording videos. Apparently it was an issue in 2042 and fixed in an update according to that reddit post I linked.
So there is no fix for this? Using the controller is the only option?
There is no fix, hopefully the devs are made aware of this issue.
