Game Chat isnt working as intended
I am playing with a friend..
He can see the audio speakers when we talk, and we can all hear him and each other. But he cant hear anyone. We cant figure it out, been checking every thing
Is this a bug?

Hello everyone. Is anyone having problems with voice chat on PS5? Everything is included in the composition, but I can't hear people from the assembled group and I can't speak myself. The icons of party members light up when they start talking, but there is no sound. Maybe some settings are not enabled correctly?

In some matches my voice chat works while in other it doesn't.
It seems to be a 50/50 thing.
- I see my own name talking in yellow on the rightside off my screen, then I know it works
- I dont see my name and communication is hard these ways.
Im not touching any of my settings.
I am on Xbox s
same issues here... no fix im guessing?
Similar issue except I can hear them just very quiet and muffled even when I adjust my mixer in the settings
I have never heard anyone in game chat and its depressing. You random que squad never talks. I don't know if its actually working but I feel like i cant hear anyone and they cant hear me.
I was having the same problem I think. I could others speaking and barely hear them through my TV speakers but not headset. I changed the audio format under the console settings for game to headset and seems to of fixed the problem.
If anyone tries this and it works please let us know. I'm getting stuck with randos who don't chat or work as a squad
