I'm noticing it too! I feel like many people aren't giving this more attention since it's tricky to notice if you're not familiar with what's Gsync smooth and what's not, but for us who are used to locked FPS or Gsync smoothness this Hurts our Eyes!
Using latest Nvidia driver 580.88 4090 / 13700k 64GB ddr5 5600mhz. My performance is fine, however, this is a consistent camera micro-stutter ONLY OCCURING when mouse input is moving the camera around. Keyboard movement & controller input does not cause this camera stutter.
The ONLY way I've found to get rid of this while using a mouse is to ENABLE FRAME GENERATION!

Enabling frame Gen and future frame feels kinda better but the problem still occurs not completely gone

Frame gen doesn't even make it look better IMO, I still clearly see the judder with it on.

Until now nothing fixes the problem which indicates that it's an engine side problem.
