Can't see weapons and equipment.

This has happened in multiple games now where the game starts as usual then after a few deaths I spawn in and my characters hands are empty. I can still use all equipment but aming is a nightmare switching classes doesn't fix its ADS also doesn't fix it. If there is a fix I would love to know as I like playing longer game modes and +20 minutes of this is rough. Other then that just wanted to make the issue known in case its not my system but the game.

Has happened both weekends im on pc using steam and a controller.
