Infinite loading screen when starting a match and no weapons in the game.

The first bug I want to report is as follows: when matchmaking finds a game, the match starts and I end up with a black screen ejecting me from my team. 

The second bug is much more annoying because it happens during the game. 
In the middle of the game, none of the game's weapons were displayed. I only had the basic crosshair to aim with, but no crosshair when aiming, which is quite annoying in SNIPER. (  see video )
