Same here with the revive challenge. Was on 86/100.... finished another match with 20+ revives and went down to 70/100 :-(
Update, after relogging the game, the progress was updated to complete the challenge to 100/100.
Later on, I had the same issue with the 'repair' challenge for the Engineer. After reaching the 3000/3000 goal, I got the green checkmark. After a few more matches, it went back to 0/3000. Relogging fixed this to return it to 3000/3000.
This seems very buggy, but luckily the progress is not lost.
The game is quite buggy with Visual glitches, like spots of just Sniper glints when no sniper is there, but that's Open Beta for you, hope this game gets the love and care that BF4 got.
