Challenges Not Working

As i was playing the game, i tried to grind for the Seeker's Skin, as the round finished, MVP's popping and all. I wanted to change my gun's attachments.

The Challenge is "Spot Players with Recon Kit" and i made 160 spots in like 6-7 games. It was pretty average but as i taked a look back. The score set back to 93. But in my recordings i can see that its 160.
