CPU Issues causing lag.

So far I'm able to play the smaller game modes like: Rush, Domination, and King Of the Hill. But when playing in the larger game modes; my CPU maxes out and the lag feels like running in slow motion.

I have a Intel Core i5-13400f with 16 cores, and 10 threads. 

I have attempted most fixes I've found online. Changing the User.cfg file, Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, repairing the game files, I play through steam so I don't have the EA overlay, I've changed Bios settings to change what cores I am using. 

Nothing has worked, and I've seen no improvement in performance.

Is there any other fixes I haven't tried?  Right now to me this seems like a bug that needs to get patched, because I know its not on my end.
