After changing the crouch (on/off) keybind from the default 'C' to my 'Alt' key, I noticed that the C key still triggered the crouch action. It turns out that both the alt key AND the C key triggers it despite only having the alt key set.
(The C key does not have any other keybind assigned to it apart from sprinting)
(Restarting the game does not fix the bug)
I have "ping" always in every game on "C" button. Similar problem for me. When I ping an enemy he goes toggle crouch. Very annoing sadly I cant find anything in config File
I have exactly the same issue. I can't unbind the C key. The config file makes zero sense. It's located at: C:\Users\<your-user>\Documents\Battlefield 6 Open Beta\settings\PROFSAVE_profile
Same issue. C is stuck with Crouch Toogle regardless what one do. Clear it, rebind it doesnt matter. C = toggle Crouch. After searching the profile save file it seems the binding doesnt properly exist. C = button nr 46 btw. But I can only find that on vehicle controls after removing C from everything else.
I've been having a look in the config file but haven't got anywhere yet :-/
Could EA or DICE please acknowledge this issue because as it stands at present, I'm unable to play the game.
This is a bug they also had in previous betas including bf 2042, bf v and one of the star wars jedi games. No idea why they keep introducing the same bug in every beta. lol
I have the same issue and its unplayable since my backward bind is C. So I keep crouching everytime i go backwards
I'm going to keep bumping this thread in the hope that EA/DICE see it. There's a couple of other threads with the same issue as well so I'm hoping someone within the power that be will acknowledge it.
