Respawn Bug

I have had this happen twice within just a few matches of Squad Deathmatch. 

When I am quickly switching between squad mates to spawn to them ASAP (while they're in combat), it sometimes spawns my character at a random location instead but bugs out and forces me to continue spectating with no HUD until I close the entire game. Even after the match ends, it doesn't fix itself.
