Crouch/commo-rose on C key and ping/pinging/penguin issues

Bugs:

• I like to rebind commo-rose/ping to the C key. However, even after unbinding CROUCH from C, it still acts as crouch toggle and commo-rose at the same time.
• The flying dust effect seems to be ping-dependent. Sometimes I get killed through clouds — I suspect the dust/clouds aren’t synchronized between clients (but I might be wrong).
• Pinging works strange. Direct ping hit to a tank in 70% of cases wont ping it up. You have to place 3-5 markers, then try double-tap, then try different angle, and then, sometimes, tank icon is appear. Strange, but with infantry it works better, but not so simple and direct like in BF3.
• Bipods is working now ONLY with aim-down sights and ONLY when `mount` icon is visible? Too hard =/
