Death info players hit Bug

I have noticed quite a few times that you get killed, you se the list of whom shoot at you and with how much damage, issue here is sometimes there is another player that get the kill instead of the one that actually made all damage.

Like 

20 Weapon Player1

20 Weapon Player1

20 Weapon Player1

20 Weapon Player1

20 Weapon Player1

But after this 

QR Player2  

Trailblazer

Weapon type

And it is always the same person that shoot at you and the other one that gets the kill.
