Try disable Shared Access Memory.

Lowed settings a bit, underclocked the GPU and disabled SAM.
4 games without crashing. Not sure yet, but seems that issue is having SAM turned ON.

Where/How do you disable SAM? Setting graphics to lowest possible and underclocking did not help.

  You need to disable resizable bar on BIOS.
