DirectX ERROR DEVICE HUNG

Happens within a minute or two. Clean install of 580.88. Reinstall, DDU etc, nothing helps.

    I turned off ReBAR in BIOS and no issues from then.
    I verified it was fully turned on and it was. I have a ReBAR GPU FW installed so it should work but it seems it's buggy.
    Could be a coincidence but ...

Had the same issue with RTX 3060, Device hung error 

Tried almost everything to fix but then lowered Core clock speed as mentioned above by -200Mhz and now I can finally play the game. Still hasn't crashed after 3hrs of gameplay.
