I didn't want to discuss EA banning me from Battlefield 6 any further, but as a pre-orderer, I never expected to be banned. I've been playing Battlefield for 10 years., with no issues or bans. Until the Battlefield 6 beta. I played normally for the first week, and then got banned on the third. I have lab access, but I can't figure it out. I haven't received any replies or emails, and I've been contacting EA for the past week with no response. I don't use any cheats or tools, and I'm not a cheater. I even bought Battlefield 6, but now it seems I need a refund.I didn't receive any ban emails, and I didn't get any effective help.

They really must at least give an indication of what the software was or IDs of hardware.To not present the evidence that they have so that false negatives can be investigated is ridiculous.No wonder they had 330,000 anti-cheat actions if they are banning people that didn't cheat.

They refused to unblock me twice, I did the same the first time, now they are saying I violated the user agreement

This exact thing happened to me, and they declined my appeal.I received this email this morning, with no other context to how i was "cheating". I've played every battlefield game and been sub par at every single one, the beta being no different. I would love to have this "evidence" that they have of me cheating or what flagged my account because thats complete BS. It's a shame but i'm not dumping any money into a game where the anti cheat is falsely flagging accounts left and right.I'm almost 40 ffs and have never cheated in a game in my life, and here comes BF6 where I get absolutely destroyed in the beta and banned. I'm not sure, some one say it affects, some one say it doesn't affect, online customer service says it affects, but the EA DATE I downloaded shows that it only affects battlefield 6 event,The meaning may be open beta.this is also the first time I have been banned since 2010,I think ban system bug or new javelin anti-cheat abnormal operation . just continuously appealing!

I think this anti-cheat is stupid. I didn't make any changes to the game or platform, not even any filters, but they still banned me. I played from LAB to BETA, but now I feel stupid. I refunded the game. This is the first time I've been banned since 2015.
