"EAAntiCheatService Failed retrieving service path" FIX

Hi everyone, as for many of you, my game kept crashing after starting. I tried everything but nothing helped. The following error showed up in event viewer:

EAAntiCheatService Failed retrieving service path.

After hours, I found the following solution:

1. Run EAAntiCheat.Installer in the folder of the game (for Steam it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Glacier Events\EAAntiCheat)
2. Click uninstall
3. Click repair and select your game folder (for me it was C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Glacier Events\)
4. wait until it's finished
5. If the game now loads and you hear music but the screen is still black, press ALT + ENTER to leave full screen.
