Extreme FPS drops throughout the match

Started having this issue today in the beta, every 1 minute or so the FPS drops to 1-2 fps at max for 30 seconds before turning to normal levels again. However sometimes it drops so hard and it won't recover (noticed this happens in the map overview screen after you die). Anyone else have this problem? 

I've attached a video of the problem. As you can see the menu's are completely unresponsive and once I spawn I just have a black screen.
