After waiting for some time to find a match, if finally happened, and the fun part is that I am now waiting for more than 30 minutes in a loading screen. What's happening? Could I solve this?

Exactly the same issue.
And now i can't even play. I restarted the game, rebooted the pc, i still get an infinite loading.

Found a solution. On steam, verify the game files - 3 files are broken.

I have the same problem and with a flicker every 5 or so seconds.
