Frequent Freezing & Crashing - Dumps Attached

As the title says, I'm experiencing frequent crashes. I can play for about 5 to 10 minutes, but then the game world freezes. It's a weird freeze - I can still look around and hear all the game sound...

    I tried limiting CPU watt. I configured two parameters: 
     - Long Duration Package Power Limit: Auto -> 142
     - Short Duration Package Power Limit: Auto -> 142

    I have played 4 or 5 matches without freezing. I think it's fixed.

    Settings depend on your MB vendor (mine is ASUS), so I can’t tell you the exact setting.

    Maybe you can google “how to limit cpu power in bios” with a vender’s name
