Game Becomes Slow Motion When Streaming or Recording with OBS

My PC:
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
CPU - 12th Gen Intel R CoreTM i5-12400F
Media - SSD
RAM - 16GB

Yesterday, I tried to record the game via OBS to get a few clips, but the frames were so bad, it went slow motion, so no freezes. It felt like the frames went from 70 down to 45. However, if I did not record, the game becomes fine and operates smoothly.

I even streamed the game via Twitch last night, and the experience was so-so. My FPS went from 45 to 55. Doable and playable, but I still had the slow motion problem though not as bad when recording the game itself. If I recorded and streamed both at the same time, it would be worse.

However, even while streaming, my guns became invisible and my FPS sometimes drops down to 50, I think. I tried to check my performance overlay in-game, but got no idea what my FPS is since it wasn't showing in the top right of my screen. These might be bugs, so I'm not sure.

Do note that I tried to have OBS run as administrator and my Battlefield 6 was set to the lowest graphics for better gameplay. OBS, Discord, Steam, and BF6 were also the only applications had on, so I didn't have any backgrounds open..

I'm just praying that this is just beta not being fully optimized and not my PC being unable to do both at the same time.
