I was looking for this post. If you move arround with no mouse imput is all smooth, but if you move to one side and the mouse to the other, crazy weir stuttering/tearing, like no Gsync.
I remember on helldivers 2 was the same, you have to select mouse Smootheness, if you got it selectes all was fine, if not, super choppy.
Not having this issue personally but I have seen it enough in other games to know that it might be that your mouse polling rate is too high. I've noticed it happen in CPU bound games on my system, it seems more common on AMD systems. I currently have mine at 500 and have no such issues, just a p bad overall cpu bottleneck (5900x). No idea if it'll work, but I hope it helps!
It's quite the opposite in this game case the lower the polling the worse it gets.
Lowering polling rate makes it worse it's not this.
