Game locked requiring PS+ or Xbox subscription but I play on PC

Game locked requiring PS+ or Xbox subscription but I play on PC - Steam and have early access key. I played like 20 hours already then suddenly locked. I don't own a PS or Xbox so why would I be locked out of Beta just because I play on steam? 

I was playing for like 20 hours no problem. Then after one game this morning its suddenly locked requiring a subscription?????
