Nvidia DLSS RTX 3060 GRAPHICS CARD PROBLEM
Hello. I wanted to check before tomorrow's game. DLSS option is not currently available in the game. My graphics card is an RTX 3060.

The new nvidia driver is bugged. Nothing wrong with the actual graphics card driver but the nvidia app driver is bugged. The solution for now is uninstalling your driver with ddu then install the nvidia driver without the nvidia app. You'll see you have dlss in the settings.
I did what you said. However, when I restarted the game, it disappeared again. I don't think it's caused by the Nvidia app.
