Same issue, Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX5070, 32GB RAM. Old CPU, but it is literally RECOMMENDED for this game! Tried a couple of fixes I found online, nothing really worked. I don't even have any idea what is the issue because some of the games are good, some are unplayable.
