Had this same error with the first weekend and now the second weekend as well. The initial iteration of the error shows with the same message as Xcile92 posted; every iteration after that shows the message I posted here. This occurs for both Steam and EA App versions of the beta. During the first weekend I was able to play enough matches to make it to level 2 (I suck so this was more than 3 or 4 games). I have not been able to play since this error occurred, I first noticed it when I tried to go from playing Squad Deathmatch to Conquest. Now it occurs for every version of multiplayer. The error occurs immediately upon loading the lobby. I 've also attached an image of the stats for my GPU while the game is in the crashed state; GPU and memory clocks are maxed but the workload but all other stats are at normal levels.
I am aware that the 1080Ti is below the minimum requirements for the game but it worked without error for 5 or 6 games. I will not buy a new GPU just to play a game so its fix this or I'm just not coming back the Battlefield. Hopeful for the comeback of Battlefield and glad to see they are breaking away from the CoD insanity.

Found a workaround/solution; this confirms that the error is generated by the lobby interface for the specific multiplayer modes. When I click on the Custom Search option i can get into match making for Squad Deathmatch and Conquest, trying the others now. In a match right now with zero issues.
