Graphical artifacts on Liberation peak

When playing Liberation peak, I'm getting loads of graphical artifacts.

It's just on this map. There are some sections that don't have this problem, as seen in the second clip  where I walked for a few seconds without issues and then the artifacts appear suddenly.

I've tried various graphic settings, with or without a lot of configurations like dlss or other filters. Also tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers but to no avail.

CPU: i5-13600KF
GPU: RTX 3080
Nvidia driver: 580.88
