It is also happening to me, it seems to be happening to all weapons. I start shooting and it will stop shooting very shortly while right mouse button is still pressed.
It was already happening on the first Beta, and continues to happen on this new version.
I'm using a Logitech Master 3s, and I've tested the long press on right mouse button and all seems fine with it.
