Not registering challenges and weapon mastery not unlocking attachments.

As title says. Mastery on weapons isn't unlocking anything even at 20. And challenges (AR kills within 10m, specifically) isn't registering (35/50, i was literally on top of a camper and killed him so that should have at least registered as 1 and yes im using AR on assault) 

What ive tried to resove the issue.

Uninstall - delete save data - reinstall. 

Power cycled my Xbox series S (what im playing on) 

Rebooted the game. 

Played through EA app and off.

No fix which strangely suggests the issue isn't on my end. This happened on opened of week 2. 

If this isn't fixed or compensated im cancelling my pre-order. As it shows incompetence.
